Sam's Story
Sam Grizzaffi served as a Houston firefighter for over 35 years, putting his life on the line to help others in need. After a long and successful career, Sam decided to retire and pursue his passion for cooking. He had always loved experimenting with new recipes and creating delicious meals for his family and friends.
Sam decided to fulfill his lifelong dream of opening a restaurant. He spent years researching different cuisines, refining his recipes, and learning everything he could about running a successful restaurant.
Finally, in the summer of 2023, Sam opening his restaurant, aptly named "Sammy G's District 70." Sam's goal is for the restaurant to quickly gain a reputation for its delicious food, warm hospitality, and Sam's passion for giving back to the community. Sam's retirement dream will come true, and he is thrilled to continue serving others in a new and exciting way.
