Sam's Story
Sam Grizzaffi spent more than 35 years as a Houston firefighter, showing up day after day for his community—often in its most difficult moments. Serving others has always been at the heart of who he is.

When it came time to retire, Sam didn’t slow down—he simply found a new way to keep doing what he loves. Cooking had always been his passion, whether he was feeding family, friends, or anyone lucky enough to pull up a chair.
